Which marketplaces does Pluck import from?
Amazon and eBay. Paste any product URL on the import page and Pluck auto-detects the source. Bulk URLs accepts a mixed paste (e.g. five Amazon URLs and three eBay URLs in the same batch).
Will sync overwrite my edits?
Each imported product has per-field locks (price, title, description, images, bullets). Toggle a lock on the product detail page and the next sync skips that field. The "products/update" webhook also records every manual edit in your Sync history so nothing slips through silently.
What happens when a product goes out of stock at the source?
The kill-switch fires: Pluck sets the Shopify variant inventory to 0 so you don't take orders you can't fulfil. We re-check stock on the next sync run and restore the inventory you originally set if the source is back in stock.
Can I cancel my subscription from inside the app?
Yes — go to Plan & billing and click "Pause" or "Downgrade to Free". The Shopify charge is cancelled immediately; no emails or support ticket needed.
Which Amazon regions do you support?
US, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, CA, JP, AU, MX, IN. Each region can have its own Amazon Associates affiliate tag, applied automatically to outbound links from products imported from that region. eBay is available in 8 regions.
Are imports legal?
Imported product data (titles, descriptions, images) remains the intellectual property of the source marketplace and the respective brand owners. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and the marketplace's terms. Pluck provides AI-rewrite tools to help you create unique copy; we recommend running them on every import.
